Refunds To Original Payment: Wave Babe does not offer refunds to the original payment. USA orders have the option for a free round of size exchanges or store credit on regular priced swim that are not marked on Sale.
USA Size Exchanges
We've made exchanges faster and easier than ever! If you have an unworn item in perfect condition (no deodorant, makeup stains, pet hair, smells, etc) with tags and liner still attached, you can make a free size exchange for all qualifying items in your order within 14 days of delivery. A second round of size exchanges requires $6.20 shipping label. If you need a size exchange, please click here to exchange your order.
From this portal, you can select new sizes and print out a free postage label to attach to your return package. Next, drop off the package your local USPS, and then once USPS marks your package's status "In Transit", we will be notified to ship your new size within 24 hours. Yay, your new size will be with you soon!
USA Store Credit
Opt for Store Credit from our exchange portal if your size is out of stock, or you want a different style/color. Once your return package is dropped off and marked "In Transit" by USPS, you will automatically receive your store credit via the email address associated with the order. You can use this store credit toward a new purchase. A previous promo code will not be applicable to use on a new order if that code has expired.

(International) - | June 2020: Wave Babe now offers international shipping options through UPS & DHL Express. All orders are shipped out of TX OR NC, USA and processed the same or next day. You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed, followed by a tracking number after the order has been shipped.
International Duties & Taxes
Please note that all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes, which are not included in the price at checkout. Wave Babe cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs. These fees are charged by the country of import and our company has no control over any customs or duties fees associated with your order. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more info. We do not personally have the ability to estimate taxes and duties before delivery. + I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address:
We print our shipping labels to the exact address the customer has entered at checkout. We are not responsible for any changes after the order has been fulfilled. Customer can notify us of the issue, but if the package has already been shipped, the customer may need to contact USPS customer service or their local USPS with their tracking info to try and redirect or hold package at their local post office. If the package is returned, the customer will acquire a $6.20 shipping fee to re-send to the corrected address.
+ My package was marked delivered but it's not here:
Occasionally, a package will be marked as delivered but is nowhere to be found. Make sure to check your front office or other places it may be. Most of the time, the package was either incorrectly marked delivered too early by your driver and the package will show up the following business day, or with a neighbor and will show up shortly after. Please contact us if it has been 2 business days since your order was marked delivered.
Wave Babe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered by tracking. Customers are responsible for any loss or damage and can open a case through the USPS website.
+ Delayed Shipping:
After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by an email that includes your tracking number once the order has been shipped. Shipping times listed by USPS are a standard guide and can vary based on the destination and can potentially be delayed by a few days during major holidays or severe weather conditions. Delays are out of our control and customers must wait patiently for their order to arrive. If you need your order by a certain date, make sure to select Priority or Overnight Shipping at checkout.
+ A style I ordered last year fits differently than the same style I just ordered:
We are constantly working to evolve and improve our fit based on customer feedback. It's possible that a previous style may came back in a new color with a very slight update to the size or shade of color.
+ There is residue from the hygienic sticker:
Occasionally when in a hot climate, the liner can leave a little residue on your bikini bottoms. You can remove this by using rubbing alcohol and a clean white rag. Let air dry. If you are still having trouble please contact us.
+ How do I care for my bikinis?
Hand-wash or Machine-wash your Wave Babe bikinis in a lingerie/mesh bag on the cold delicate setting. Clear colored detergent is preferred, but not necessary. You may dry on the lowest setting, or lay flat to dry, preferably out of the sun. To extend the life of your bikini, we recommend rinsing immediately after swimming.
Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.
