Wave Babe does not offer refunds to the original payment. Wave Babe does offer exchanges or store gift cards for swimwear purchased at regular price, please see details below:
We've made exchanges faster and easier than ever! If you have an unworn item with tags and liner still attached, you can make 1 free exchange within 14 days of delivery. If you need a size exchange, please click here to exchange your order. From this portal, you will be able to select a new size. You can then print out your free postage label to attach to your return package. Once USPS scans in your package, we will be notified to ship your new size within 24 hours. Yay, your new size will be with you soon!
If your size is out of stock, or you want another style/color, you can opt to select store credit. You will receive your store credit by email once your return package is dropped off and scanned in by USPS. A previous promo code used will not be applicable to use on a new order if that promo code has expired.

(U.S.) - | A bikini in perfect condition with original packaging can be exchanged within 14 days. All original tags and hygienic liner must be attached and the bikini must have not been worn. If you need help with an exchange we are more than happy to help, send us an email at email@example.com
(International) - | International sales are final. We will replace International orders if the item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
International Duties & Taxes
Please note that all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes, which are not included in the price at checkout. Wave Babe cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs. These fees are charged by the country of import and our company has no control over any customs or duties fees associated with your order. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more info. We do not personally have the ability to estimate taxes and duties before delivery. Sale items & Gift cards
On-sale items and gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded. On-sale items are already discounted, therefore certain promotional codes may not be applicable unless specified.
(U.S.) - | Wave Babe offers the following USPS shipping options: First Class Mail (Approx. 2-4 Business Days), Priority Mail (Approx. 2-3 Business Days) & Express Mail (Next Business Day if order is placed before 12PM PST). The shipping time can vary depending on the destination and may be slightly delayed during major holidays or severe weather conditions. All orders are shipped out of Arizona. After an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation, then followed by a USPS tracking number when it is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing.
(International) - | Wave Babe offers shipping options through USPS First Class International Mail. International shipping may take 7-21 business days depending on the destination. All orders are shipped out of Arizona, US and are processed the same day or next day after your purchase is made. You will receive an email confirmation after you place your order, followed next by a USPS tracking number when your order is shipped.
-Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.
-Wave Babe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items and can open a case through the USPS website.
